How do you survive after God takes everything away?

In 2026 I’m documenting each step of my new journey to try “making it” as a full–time Catholic creator-preneur.

After 10 years in Catholic parish ministry and two years starting a Catholic marketing agency, God ripped my life and my identity in half.

The resulting financial, emotional, legal, and spiritual challenges crushed me.

I couldn’t find a job (that would pay enough).
Parish ministry was no longer an option.
My agency shut down.
I moved out of my creative studio.

I started over with next to nothing:

1. No job.

2. Massive debt.

3. Lack of confidence or direction.

4. A Bachelor’s degree in catechetics/theology. (nice)

5. Depression, ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD. (very nice)
   

And then… God started teaching me to survive on nothing.T

I started to slowly recover.

I received the annulment I prayed for.

There’s light at the end of the tunnel towards protecting my legal rights as a father.

I completed four-years of work and made videos through the entire catechism.

Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter as a Catholic content creator and entrepreneur, embracing the rocky-to-smooth path of entrepreneurship.

I believe that all the perseverance is going to pay off as I build something meaningful and help others along the way.
