Personal AI policy worksheet
Your AI policy should help you make your next creative decision.
Start with an essay, a podcast outline, or another project in front of you. This worksheet helps you name what AI will contribute, what you will bring to the work, and how you will judge the result.
Free PDF. Two US Letter pages. Print it or fill it in on screen. No email required.
What's inside
- A one-page worksheet. Five prompts help you name the purpose, give AI a specific role, choose your materials, make your responsibilities concrete, and test the policy on one task.
- A companion guide. A paragraph template, a fictional worked example, and an optional AI interview prompt help you turn your answers into a policy you can use.
Use it on one project
- Choose one piece of work you are making now.
- Complete the worksheet and use the companion template to write your first policy paragraph.
- Keep it beside the project. After one task, notice what became clearer and revise what is still vague.
