What this site is

edmundmitchell.com is my personal website. The essays, frameworks, and lead magnets here are personal expression — not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. If you act on what you read here, do it with appropriate counsel.

Your account

If you create an account:

• Keep your password to yourself.
• Keep the email on the account current so I can reach you about purchases or service changes.
• One person per account. Don't share login credentials.

I'll suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or impersonation.

Purchases

Digital products sold here are licensed for your personal use. Quote and reference them freely with attribution; don't redistribute, resell, or repurpose them as your own work.

Refunds. I evaluate refund requests case by case. Email me at edmund.j.mitchell@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase if a product wasn't what you expected. I'd rather make it right than keep the money over a misalignment.

• Named frameworks on this site — Cordial Communication, the Cordial Creator Framework, the Bookstore Method, and others — are my intellectual property.

You're welcome to apply the frameworks to your own work. That's the whole point of teaching them. You're not welcome to package and resell them as your own.
